Not quite MMS but here is something I put together over a while for cancer. Obviously use MMS as well.
- Eat 3-5 fresh apricot kernels per day; It's probably not a good idea to eat too many apricot kernels to start off with, rather err on the side of caution with 1 or 2, and increase when/if no side effects are experienced. Some people take 15-20 per day without any side effects. Apricot kernels need to be fairly fresh as well. You can buy kernels from health shops but they are usually dried out and the potency has been lost; the fresh ones are best. Keep them stored with the flesh on, once that rots then store them with the kernel in the casing, as it stays moist and fresh a lot longer that way. Take a break every few weeks.
- Eat about 2 or more garlic cloves per day. And take a break every few weeks. The way to do it is to crush (get an actual garlic crusher tool) not just cut the garlic first, then it needs to sit for 15 minutes to let the allicin (the good stuff) release. Then swallow it. Don't chew it, rather just swallow teaspoon fulls with water. Eating raw garlic tastes like crap and is strong.... As far as I understand the garlic needs to be fairly fresh to be effective, and not in pill form which sits on the shelf. If you do use it in pill form make sure the ingredient, allicin, is included.
- Cancer loves sugar. Don't eat refined sugar - at all. If you enjoy a cup of tea (don't drink coffee) now and then then rather use honey, but don't overdo the amount of honey either.
- Cancer prefers an acidic environment. DON'T eat any meat or any dairy (use almond, rice, soya or oats milk as a substitute that doesn't have preservatives or other unnecessary ingredients, health shops are a good place to find it) products.
- Have a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda (mixed with water eases the taste) daily this makes the body's environment alkaline. Yes it's gross, deal with it. Hold your nose closed if you have to.
- Further, when drinking water, add some lemon juice to it, this will make your bodies' environment alkaline. (1931 Nobel Prize Winner, Dr. Otto Warburg found that 95% of all cancers have an acidic environment and that cancer is not able to survive in an alkaline environment with a pH of 7.36 or higher)
- Cancer dislikes oxygen. Exercise (DO NOT overdo it) and oxygenate your blood. But don't overdo it either depleting your bodies system.
- Turmeric and ginger. Take one level teaspoon every other day. They come in capsule form but I prefer to use the organic natural root form. Cut into very tiny pieces and then swallow with water. Take a break every now and then.
- Get plenty of Vitamin D, get your levels tested, it's crucial for a healthy immune system. Supplement if you need to.
- Eat carrots.
- Eat pomegranates.
- Eat greens, eat TONS of greens. Have some for breakfast, lunch and supper. Baby spinach is great. Switch between cooked and raw, don't only eat raw.
- Switch to a MOSTLY VEGETABLE based diet. Don't eat too much fruit (sugar), oranges are great though.
- Eat a healthy dose of broccoli a day. This is really good for you.
- Eat tomatoes daily.
- Go organic if you can. Go totally natural, and make your own salad dressing from apple cider vinegar, etc. or see what health shops have to offer.
- Stay well away from preservatives.
- Make your own bread or buy from a health shop and make sure it is not GMO! There is a brand on the market called Futurelife available in big stores now, it is non GMO. Get that if you can. BUy the ones with grains in them, not just brown, and definitely don't get white bread!
- Get a water filter to take out the flouride of your water.
- Take selenium.
