Vitamins, but probiotics may be okay during dosing hours if needed. If unsure, always best to ingest vitamins and other foods 1 or more hours after the last MMS dose of the day.

Ok thanks. Really appreciate your guidance. I'm tolerating hourly 4 drops quite well now.
MMS1 douche going well. Slept right thru last night. Hardly any discharge. None of the discharge ever looked like 'cottage cheese' at all but rather pale cream skin/tissue-like pieces. Still occasionally itchy.
Doing a 10 drop this morning.
Thanks again
Have a great day or evening wherever you are.

Hello again
I'm dealing with reoccurring vaginal thrush (last one 10 weeks ago). Got onto it early this time so no discharge at this point just always itchy.
I started with a MMS1 15 drop douche which must've been too strong because I had a pink discharge which I assume was blood! ...felt burning so I inserted a frozen pellet of coconut (organic) which hopefully healed things up a bit.
I dropped down to 8 then 6 drop douche twice a day for 4 days now but still itchy.
Also been drinking MMS 3drop with bentonite clay twice per day and I'm still really itchy. Have cut out ALL sugars and most fruit.
Still itchy.
Thinking I must be riddled with Candida.
Question is: should I keep going with douches or give it a rest and just drink the MMS/clay drinks more often?
Do I need to start a Candida diet, if so how?
Since I have no fungal discharge I thought it would be gone by now -5 days, but i can't raise the douche drops as it's too harsh.

Now that the weekend is here I can do hourly MMS/clay drinks & see if that knocks it on the head.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Regards
Deb

If its candida staying away from sugar only is not sufficient. You may need to stay away from carbs all together for a while. Especially bread and anything with flour in it, potatoes, pasta, sweet fruits, honey, any rice, grains, beans, milk, beer etc. Basically cut all carbs and sugars for a while. Get in ketosis for avoiding carb cravings. Live on just meat, fish, eggs, avocado, olives, cheese, real butter, fermented sauerkraut, juiced green leaf veggies, acidic drinks like ACV or lemon,. Try to not eat more than two meals a day. No snacks in between meals other than veggie juice and kraut, which is a very satisfying and probiotic food.
You should notice within a week if the no carbs protocol starves excess candida and with that solves the yeast troubles.
We guys do struggle with similar issues if candida is being fed too much carbs ;) I've also noticed that mms does kill candida. Just not really solving the problem once and for all..

Wow thank you so much for this insight. I did a saliva test which clearly shows it's Candida.
I'll start the diet today. I'll keep taking MMS & Bentonite clay by mouth but won't do anymore douches.
What about nuts, can I eat nuts?
I'm not one to shy away from discipline for my health
especially when it's effecting my energy levels and my personal relationships.
Btw what types of issues do males have with Candida overgrowth? And What can my husband do to make sure he isn't re-infecting me?

Males that have candida overgrowth also get thrush and itching. Between foreskin and head. Infection can come from urine and semen if bladder and prostate are infected. Hubby may need to join you in your efforts to get on top of this. Time will show if you infect each other. The one that has no candida overgrowth will likely only have minor issues. Males have the advantage of simpler hygiene routines which helps keep symptoms at bay, but this will not say you aren't infected and won't cause trouble for females..
If nuts have plenty of carbs I would stay away from that as well. You could add nuts and other carbs back to diet later and see what happens.
From what I understand its not so much about killing off all candida. Correcting intestinal flora imbalances may be more important. And no antibiotics as you may already know.
Good luck and keep us updated.
