Look again. There is a photo of everything you need that I put there on top of a black background and you must not have watched the videos of the girls doing the injections using both the syringes and butterfly needles. It's all there for you Nuffder.

I understand that a butterfly needle and a syringe are needed, but I have no idea how they match up. I'm looking at the picture right now and I can't identify what kind of syringe that is just by looking at it. The syringe type was not addressed in the one video that worked.

When I found a syringe and asked if they would work together, you said this:

Truthquester wrote: No that butterfly needle won't work with that syringe because it doesn't have the part that will allow you to screw it into the syringe barrel.

So what syringe is needed? What type of syringe DOES have the part part that allows you to screw it to the syringe barrel? The girl in the video don't talk about the type of syringe that's needed. You can't tell from the picture what type of syringe is needed (at least I can't). Clearly, the one I found wasn't the right one. So, what is the right one?

I can't find one single American website that sells a butterfly needle/syringe combo (so that I know they would be compatible). If someone with knowledge of medical supplies can post what syringe/butterfly needle combination would work together, I would appreciate it. I don't want to get a PHD in syringes. I'd appreciate it if someone could just tell me (in words, not pictures) what type of syringe would be needed for use with a butterfly needle. I'd rather not purchase a dozen different syringes hoping that one of them will be the right one. I'd rather not engage in some Socratic "you're getting warmer" dialogue. Someone with knowledge of syringes and needles please just tell me. I'm sure it's obvious to people who are familiar with this stuff, but it's just not to me.

I looked on Amazon and didn't find any butterfly needle IV setups, but www.ebay.com has lots of them!

Search for intra venous tutorial(s) on youtube and google, and "intra venous kit" on both ebay and amazone.
Some information here on different parts&sizes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_vKkuQnqDI
II know nothing about IV. Just started to look into the subject.

Here are some links on eBay. The links are very long, so I will hide them. Just click on the words below.

I don't think those links match what TruthQuester has in his picture. The picture (attached below) shows a 12 ml syringe and a separate butterfly needle with a tube attached. It's my understanding that the little tube on the end of the butterfly needle attaches to the syringe so that the measured liquid can be injected. Maybe that's not even right.

An Ebay search for "intravenous kits" brings up 7 US items....all of which are carrying bags and contain no syringes or needles
An Amazon search for "intravenous kits" has some related stuff, but nothing that's a butterfly needle over 20 guage with a syringe.

It doesn't exactly inspire confidence that no one even knows about the materials. I wonder if some Genesis II Church people can figure this out and help people. The materials appear to completely legal in most states. Someone could sell these whole kits and make a few bucks.

Link one butterfly looks the same as in Scott's photo. See attachment. You would also need a syringe to connect to the butterfly's tubing.

Link 2 has a 25 gauge needle, which is very close to the 27 gauge needle Scott used.

Don't know if MediSupplies sells to private persons, or even abroad, but they do specify their products enough to figure if the different parts do fit together. From there one can check ebay and see if they got the same products.

For example, the "Terumo Surflo" butterfly Infusion needles MediSupplies carries can also be purchased from ebay

MediSupplies says the following about their butterfly infusion needles: "Compatible with luer lock and luer slip syringes".

So next we have to look for "luer lock" and/or "luer slip" compatible syringes and injection needles.

Ebay does not sell injection syringes. One has to find syringes and their compatible injection needles seperatly.

Luer lock / luer slip compatible needles and syringes at ebay:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TERUMO-Needles-Fits-Both-Luer-Slip-Luer-Lock-Syringes-Without-Syringes-CE-Mark/292626805538?hash=item4421eab322:m:mUxSTm6doRUBIWPR5VZ6cdw

https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1311.R1.TR9.TRC1.A0.H0.XLuer.TRS0&_nkw=luer+lock+syringe&_sacat=0

Two other things I learned is that whatever you're infusing/injecting it must not contain any air bubbles.
And once you got this butterfly infusion needle installed you can use it for several infusions before it has to be removed after 2-3 days. Continued infusions require a new butterfly infusion needle placed at a different site/artery.

Really hope you succeed ridding yourself of this plague nuffder.
