"CDS/CDH: Since CDS does not contain MMS nor Citric acid, we have been able to do much higher doses than with MMS1 - this leads to quicker health being restored." Since Mark has had a lot of experience, I would trust his opinion.
You can use CDH instead of CDS and it is very easy to make. I sent you the link in another post, but here is the link to my short video again on
how to make CDH.
As Mark said, CDS does not contain any residual (unactivated) MMS or activator; it is just CLO2 in distilled water. Externally (not in a stomach) CDH contains about 50% residual MMS and MMS1 has about 90% residual MMS. Note that all three sodium chlorite solutions (SCS) are made from the same two ingredients, MMS and an activator, and all three produce CLO2.
Jim's latest book only uses one SCS; MMS1. If you want to use CDS and CDH with MMS1 protocols
refer to these charts
for equivalent dosing.
