I am referring to Tomas, not Greg! I made some HCL as per the video and my guess is that the result is close to 4% HCL because of the amount of CLO2 it would produce when I made CDS. I do not know how to measure the percentage of a HCL solution.

Where would you have to go in order to get "safe" products available for the individual, therefore in small quantities, and where to get a complete guide on how to prepare MMS from rough material. Do I have to pay a license to know where to buy and how to make it? I am willing to pay as I think MMS will be increasingly less available due to sale restriction applied by law in more countries so anyone should be able to get and make NaClO2 and HClO2 at home. And where could we find instructions on how to transform the raw material into NaClO2 24% and HCl 4% ready for use?. Thank you

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
