50cc/ml of MMS and HCL each to activate and then gas off into a 1/2 liter/2 cups of saline solution. His "mix" is 1ml = 3 drops MMS1... approximately. According to his YouTube "New Chlorine Dioxide!"
I see on your footer that 2ml of 3000ppm is = to 1 drop of MMS1
I'm guessing that this is why the test strips are so important because it is not about the units used but the ppm of the CLO2 in the solution.
Yours is... 5ml of each MMS and Acid to a 240ml/1 cup of saline water to achieve the 3000ppm in that water.
His is... 50ml each MMS and Acid to 2 cup water but he NEVER says the ppm of the CLO2 in the water and goes by color. Can you have or use just the color? Is the color of the end result enough to trust? If yes, then the actual amount of CDS is not an exact and can be swung lower or higher without need to be precise? Just so you are taking/using YELLOW/Amber is close enough?

Don't forget the last part of that sentence:

in a normal stomach.

which means ingested into a stomach with normal amounts of gastric acids to activate the 90% residual MMS. This does not apply to external use where no further MMS activation occurs.

This recipe is to make 3000 ppm CDS with 4% HCL using the same containers I used to test this and that is 5 ml of each TWICE, not a single infusion of outgassing CLO2 into distilled water.
