No, there is no waiting period. You will find some heating happening when diluted with distilled water and that is normal. You will have 95 ml of 4% HCL.

i just received the package
and the label says ..... 35 % - 38 %.....
now what ? should i assume its 36,5 % (avrg) and mix it appropriately ? HCL [ml] 10,00 + H2O [ml] 81,25

Yes, that should work fine. There is no easy way to measure the HCL %. If you want 100 ml of 4% HCL these are the numbers: 11 ml of 36.5% HCL plus 89 ml of distilled water. Be sure to add the acid to the water! Wear eye and hand/arm protection to be safe and do not breathe the fumes.

		The clean HCL I have been buying says 37-38%. Who knows how accurate that is. Here is a photo of a bottle of Muriatic acid, a common not-clean type of HCL that can be 
	cleaned up

		in the book which is in my possession there is a protocol for soaking feet ( good way to start experimenting with MMS and checking how your body responses to CLO2 )

its 10 drops of MMS activated With 20 Drops of HCL 4% ( the amount of MMS drops can be increased to even 50 over time) so i've prepared mms accordingly, and i noticed that doubling the amount of activator, activated MMS wasn't gold brown but just yellow . is it normal, or maybe my HCL 4% isn't 4 % (the result of having HCL 35-38% and treating it as its 36,5%)?

		In past testing when I increased the MMS to activator ratio from 1:1 to more activator, I measured less CLO2 generated. Also, to see the amber color, the undiluted MMS1 needs to be collected into a small space such as when a glass is tipped so the solution pools at the bottom "corner".



MMS to activator is always 1:1 when using 4% HCL or 50% citric acid.

		well, that's odd. A rough translation from an excerpt from my book :  "...first prepare 10 drops of MMS as a starting dose with a double amount of activator . Double amount of an activator will expedite the production of CLO2 and you'll don't have to soak your feet for two hours...."

now i'm confused you think its best to  use 1:1 ration in feet soaking protocol ?



coming back to the "not so yellow" MMS with 1:2 ratio, I've put in two shot glasses 4 drops of MMS in each, to the first I've added 4 drops of activator and to the second 8 drops , I've tipped both glasses to see the color and in the 1:2 ration the color was washed to say the least. is it normal ?

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
