I am amazed and a bit in shock at how well I am doing with the intestinal issue. Had no nausea or runs in early morning or today. Took 3 doses of cds yesterday. Am slowing adding soft foods to see what happens. I never felt like I had a flu but there must have been a pathogenic agent stuck in my body. I lost about 9 + pounds in a short time. I am 113 lbs which isn't really bad considering I am a small female. I won't stop the cds as the pathogens may still be there and I want to see how much better I can get with the cfids.

I want to increase the cds to 4 doses today but I am getting heart palps as I did with the mms. I've had heart palps on and off for years but they stay away with a low dose thyroid med and a natural compounded estrogen. They only occur in the early morning. I can take more of the cds than the mms before it happens. Maybe someone has a similar effect or knows about this type of reaction. I know of a heart protocol using food grade supplements that I can use.

I also had heart palps.
Had them for decades and since MMS barely a few over the years. Mostly in Brazil where I was dealt mold poisoning. MMS stopped the heart palps from mold and bat droppings.
There are several reasons why palps occur.
Toxins for one and you are releasing toxins.
Disease or residence of pathogens in heart muscle being eliminated.
The clearing of body web, veins muscles organs now the heart may be pumping to areas unreachable before.
Could be BP related.
Also MMS charges cells, body conductivity increases.
I expect this will balance for you but stay under the heart palp dosing whenever possible.
Your body is re-balancing.

Thank you Rev Ray. I will continue to go slow and stay under the range of heart palps. My body has always been a quick responder with tiny doses. When I was younger I thought I had dog genes because I respond quickly. One sip of the wrong thing and it returns into the atmosphere across the room. I recently had the ceiling above my tub repaired. There was probably mold there from the leaking toilet above. I am sure this did not help my situation. Mold really is toxic. I am glad you are doing so much better and found your way through all this great info.
Yes, I think my heart is pumping to unreachable areas because I noticed I suddenly feel things that I have not felt in years. It is all very interesting.

at one point I felt a tingle in my liver area. A good tingle, a healing feeling that lasted a day or less. and after that I believe I was able to use my liver better, that it had been blocked for years, heart puming around liver.
My Liver was so hard that it seemed I had two heart beats.
The heart woud beat and then the liver would beat back and then the heart and then the liver.
This went on a LONG time before I found MMS.
Eye tests told me Hi Blood pressure, thats all gone now.
I believe MMS cleared the issue that caused the high BP, the blocked/congested liver and today I am here only because MMS works.
And it tastes bad...

MMS can clear mold in home. In Brazil a mister was used to spray MMS onto walls and floor and washed.
Before the task was completed, the unit/room smelt a LOT better and I began to recover enough that I was able to go inside and help with the final misting and clean up.
That was a rough few days for me.
Just prior I had completed the Ministers course and test on Tuesday I think it was, sick on Friday.
Toxic mold causes many issues including memory loss which I suffered badly and even now can forget things.
So these past few weeks on G2C for me have been in part about relearning what I lost n the illness.
It did take me 100 days for the issue to mostly resolve.

I get bad heart palpitations and uneven heart beat if I don't take Magnesium supplements everyday.

Just thought I would share that with you.

Magnesium can not be utilized by body if low on Hydrochloric acid.
HCl is made from zinc and sodium
Likely you have enough sodium but also likely you are low on zinc which makes HCl which releases the Magnesium for absorbtion.
In otherwords zinc is required for the process required to absorb Magnesium.
Drug co's don't tell you that.

Have been making liposomal magnesium using an ultrasonic cleaner. Had my magnesium level checked the other day and it is at the high end of the "normal" range. Seems as if I am getting enough magnesium and at my age, I probably don't make much stomach HCL.

As you may know, liposomal solutions pass through the stomach and are instead utilized in the intestines. That is why one can take huge amounts of vitamin-C and not experience any diarrhea.

I attended the Puerto Vallarta MMS teaching seminar last March. Our first day Kashambra passed out MMS for us all to drink, shortly after I started drinking my heart went wild, like I had been running....I didn't say anything...but a short while later Andreas said 'does anyone have a heart valve problem?" As I was diagnosed when I was 6 years old, I said "yes". He said "don't be surprised if your heart starts to beat fast" I said, "it did, now it's back to normal". He said, "that's the mms finding it's target, it's working to repair the valve".

Last week I had a ultrasound, I get one every year, following my heart. I could see for myself that the valve didn't hesitate anymore, and the color doppler wasn't spewing red when it should have been blue (meaning the blood was going the right way). Just yesterday I went to see my doctor for his report....I have a " normal " heart now. He wanted to know if I am seeing another doctor, or was I taking something new he hasn't prescribed. He is not a very open to alturnate ideas guy, so I said " no ". Poor guy probably still can't figure it out!

After a week of drinking mms and cds at class I've been taking mms2 capsules - I only take one or two a week.
