Would you share your recipe for making the morning salt water? (I'm guessing 1 cup filtered or distilled water with 1/4 tsp sea salt).

Can you explain why the capsule needs to go under tongue before we swallow? I have been just swallowing it.

I am not aware of a warning to not do breath Protocol.

The only place I found for the inhalation method was From the Nose, Sinus Bronchial protocol:

DO NOT USE THIS METHOD if you suffer from Angina, or if you are dependent on supplemental oxygen for breathing, or if you have shortness of breath, or if you have been using MMS internally (drinking it with water) above the 10 drop level during the past two hours.

How to Make Salt Water Sole

Sole made with unrefined, natural salts is an amazing source of vital minerals Celtic Grey supplies all 82 trace minerals needed by the human body.

Fill a 1 quart glass mason jar about 1/3 full of Celtic Grey or sometimes called Gray Atlantic sea salt (it has not been processed and contains all of its natural essential minerals). Then fill jar with filtered water, leaving at least 2 inch gap at top. Cover with a non-reactive cap (like a plastic mayo jar cap) give it a good shake and allow to sit for 24 hours.

After 24 hours, if all the salt crystals have dissolved, add a few more salt crystals to the water. Your sole is ready when the salt no longer dissolves, meaning the water has become fully saturated with the salt. (There should always be undissolved salt crystals on the bottom of the jar. This is your visual proof that the water is totally saturated with salt.)

Store it covered on the counter or in a cupboard. The sole will last indefinitely because of salt’s natural anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.

It is important to avoid using metal whenever possible when making and using sole as this de-ionizes the salt. I use plastic caps for my mason jars and a plastic spoon for my daily dosing.

We started out with a teaspoon in 8 oz. of water, but it was way too salty for her so she dumped some out and added some more water. Its funny how your body will tell you how much you need, every day she has to adjust it, some days she adds more sole some days it’s less. She drinks it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

You can just keep adding water and salt to the same jar when it gets low

I think Rev Ray said that in a post, in case some of the solution got on the outside, that if under the tongue you wouldn't have any taste. I tried it under my tongue once, and it seemed to get stuck there, so I just swallow it and have never tasted anything.
