So, it wouldn't even be a good idea to take the supplements at the end of the day after all of the doses have been taken? I'm currently taking just a green tea extract, zinc, C0Q10, and bioflavanoids. Any problems with those and the [restriction of/reaction with] MMS?

I feel that if you do your therapies at night and MMS during day that you will be ok.
However after one rebalances their system by purifying with MMS, the person may not require same therapies used prior to MMS.
In other words. if we think we need X Y and Z and are doing XYZ therapy and then we do MMS and we purify our system so it can again absorb and produce what is needed, it is quite possible that the supplements or previous therapies are no longer needed or require a new balancing.
MMS eliminates the toxic environment so we can again absorb nutrition and balance our immune systems.

So what about foods that's have Vitamin C like tomatoes, bell peppers, etc. So no added Vitamin C but foods that have them in them naturally are they also off limits? If so, is there anyone who has a recipe of foods we can eat and can't eat?

There is not enough Vitamin-C in foods to make a difference. Its the added Vitamin-C that is the problem.
