MMS tastes bad... and so if used in torso, no taste buds there, good to go with MMS1A using Citric AC.
If taking CD orally (I will use Kerri's term CD for Chlorine Dioxide as that is what we are intaking when intaking MMS CDS CDH) and taste is a concern then absolutely CDS for less taste, CDH for even less taste or capsules for Zero taste.
I can't give you water table values as they seem to change frequently dependent n the author.

Michael also has a good article in topic here, do a search in forum, it came up within two weeks or so.

If it were me taking MMS in a capsule, I would mix the SC and activator in a small glass and immediately draw it up into a glass dropper for 60 seconds. There will be less loss of CLO2 in the dropper than letting it activate in an open large mouth glass container. After the 60 seconds activation time, then squirt it into a capsule, assemble and swallow with some water.
Let us know how that works for you.
Thanks!

If I had swallowed the capsule right after filling it with MMS, I am sure there would not have been a problem.

I am going to make a new thread or post soon on this Capsule method.
Instead of activating in open air (I use a dropper bottle to activate in with top on) i am going to suggest we simply place the drops IN the capsule, let MMS/CDH activate IN capsule. Scott has suggested contact eye lens case, I am suggesting we just use the capsule when doing individual doses. For those wanting a day dose handy, CDH-12.
We know it takes 150 seconds for cap to dissolve and we are looking for 60 second activation. Now we have CDH in capsules ZERO taste.
As to pressure building.
I would expect the capsule to come apart, separate the two halves as pressure built.

Jim H suggests adding water to stabilize and fill capsules.
I don't, but you can.
What I do, is knowing the caps hold 15 drops in mixer bottle I do 5 MMS 5 AC wait add 5 DMSO fill cap and swallow with water.
The protocol is 3 drops dose with 1 drop DMSO.
DMSO reduces ppm of MMS some but I do not know by how much.

The best method I have found so far to make CDH with a high amount of CLO2 for use in capsules, is activating in a small glass bottle with a gas-tight cap and almost no air space at the top of the bottle. That way, most of the CLO2 gas is forced into the distilled water solution.

In a glass shot glass, I added 7 drops of SC followed by 7 drops of 4% HCL.
Using a 3ml plastic syringe, that 14 drops (0.6ml) of solution was sucked into the syringe. Excess air was expelled and a modified leak-proof hypodermic needle capped the syringe.
One minute later the solution was squirted into a size 0 gelatin capsule and assembled.
One minute after that a small hole was melted through the capsule and solution leaked out.
During the 1 minute activation in the 3ml syringe, there was not enough gas pressure to push the syringe plunger any measurable distance. So, there was no CLO2 gas escaping during activation; it all went into the solution.

And written directions here:

50% citric acid is equal weights of the crystals and distilled water. You can warm up the solution and stir often until the crystals are dissolved.

Genetic Disorders
Published on: November 16, 2025
I don’t recall anyone who had Wilson’s disease working with me with MMS/CD. However, many other diseases that Mayo clinic and other medical people call “genetic” have been handled with MMS as easily as non-genetic diseases. I have noted so many genetic diseases overcome by MMS/CD, either because MMS/CD kills (oxidizes) poisons or kills pathogens, …
