hiya everyone
iv been taking mms 1000 and citric acid for 2 weeks now iv not had a single palpitation
im still taking my inhaler in the morning i take the big one 6 a.m. and 6 p.m iv stopped the p.m. puff
i still take the reliever ventolin 3 times a day, but happy im on one puff a day of the big one,
i read about the new one my nurse gave me a few months ago spiriva i took one puff maybe every 4th day as i didnt think i needed it, then i read it causes a lot of ill health made me feel like an experiment,
im hopeing in another couple of weeks i wont need the reliever, so glad i found mms,
i still dont sleep well but thats due to stress i cant shut my mind down and i work a lot.

I agree with Clint....give your self a rest.

And I hope you get some animal proteins in you [ not knowing how strict a vegan you are ]

I was told by the owner of this herb store that a woman had come in complaining of being tired and was spotting and her regular doctors recos did no good at all....once the herb guy found out she was 100% vegan, he begged her to eat a can of tuna, in fact gave it to her and insisted she call him. She did, she thanked him because she felt alot better after eating the tuna.

I know you are going thru this from the MMS, but I just mention it, just in case it rings true for you later on down the line you may remember the story.

I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!

I also have had severe asthma for the last 4+ years and with MMS1 and MMS2 almost immediately I saw a big improvement,
no more wheezing or coughing, the lungs opened up almost immediately after taking one very small capsule of MMS2.

Now after taking these for almost 6 weeks, I decided to take CDS that I make at home (the shot glass method explained in
another thread here in this forum).

I feel that the CDS is still helping, so I stopped the other 2 for the time being, because they were causing so much nausea,
some diarrhea and pain in the stomach. This was probably after I reached the 24 drops a day of MMS1, plus 2 or 3 capsules of MMS2.

Now with the CDS I don't have any nausea or stomach pain.

I also reduced the medicines for asthma quite a bit. I hope you will also see a great improvement. I never liked Spiriva nor Advair, with time
they make your asthma worse. But your doctor can instruct you what to use instead. I hope you get well soon!

But the two best probiotic I highly recommend and they stop diarrhoea instantly is: Pearls probiotics Opti bac s.boullardi for bowel calm.
