Lot of information here on the CDS subforum. JH is or has been working to get CDS standardized at 3000ppm/L. Then the dosing is 1mL. equals 3 drops of activated MMS. When I make CDS, it usually runs around 6000ppm/L - so I take 1/2 a mL. I do have some extra strong CDS (around 12,500) that I use on skin things - It could actually be measured in drops if I wanted -

Joe, thank you very much for all that detail. It is very much appreciated. I will study it hard.

Thank you also Pam for your comments.

My day has been much improved today. No sickness at all although the blinding headaches still come and go. I have done one coffee enema so far and will do another before the day is out.

I've been off the mms for nearly a week now and those very severe herx symptoms have just about gone now so I will resume the mms1 at 1/2 drop doses and take it real slow as that herxing made me feel so Ill I really thought my days were about to end. Sounds dramatic I know but that is really how it felt and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I will re-introduce the mms enemas drop the coffee ones and hopefully control the situation somewhat better this time.

The support of everyone has been invaluable so thank you all again and I'll post my progress for the record.

Remember when you make the enema, to not make them stronger than its possible for you do drink. So 1/2 drop in the beginning, and not to many on top of the oral doses... better to start really, really slow than to get sick again.

I will take it real real slow and will post periodic reports of my general progress and blood test results as this may be interest to others fighting their diseases.

Incidentally, I bought the ingredients for the Budwig diet yesterday and start that at breakfast today. It's difficult to imagine that a bit of oil and cottage cheese has the potential to do so much good.

Does anyone have any intersting stories to share on taking the Budwig please?

Yes, the lid above does fit the 2 ounce Green Sprouts baby bottles.

The liners on some of the lids I ordered are unnecessary. Once the liners are removed, the lids are the same.
So, if I ruin one of them, I will have extras.

I will post a separate thread regarding Budwig.

I am not in the best of shape. I am back taking the MMS at just 1/2 drop doses. I'm doing 2 enemas a day with MMS1 & 2 and a couple of bodyrubs a day. I do the inhaling in the morning and again at night.

I have also just received the Indian Herb I ordered and been taking that for the past 3 days at 2 drops three times a day.

I do not feel any better. In fact I had another scan result earlier in the week and it showed my liver metastases has spread further and now controls about 50% of my liver so in 6 weeks the cancer has spread WHILST taking the MMS. This does not make me feel good and has knocked my confidence in the product by alot. My blood liver function test has obviously got worse aswell.

I feel I cannot rely on just one product to help me here and that is obvious because based on results so far if I rely on MMS only I will surely die. So I reckon I need to combine MMS with Budwig with Indian Herb and Hemp Oil if I can get hold of any. That's how I'm thinking at present anyway. Either that or take the god damned Chemo to try and buy me some time because at present the clock is ticking down fast.

You asked for information on CDS after I suggested it and I gave you details on how to generate your own CDS.
I think I should have explained differently.

When you "activate" MMS, a gas is produced. That gas is Chlorine Dioxide. ClO2 gas.
CDS means Chlorine Dioxide Solution.
Distilled water is used where the gas from MMS is trapped in the distilled water.
So CDS is pure Chlorine Dioxide: ClO2. The ClO2 is infused in the distilled water.

That is why stomach upset, herxheimer, diahreaha, etc are greatly reduced or eliminated altogether.
I think many people can take large amounts of CDS where they cannot take MMS in those quantities or even close.

Perhaps you would rather purchase CDS already made, instead of making it yourself.

I am not affiliated with them. I just think they are trustworthy.

I think CDS would be worth a try, since you can only tolerate low doses of MMS and the low doses of MMS do not seem to be enough.
