Do you drink the whole thing meaning the clay that has settled in the bottom?  I have read that you don't drink the settled particles and just drink the liquid portion... is this correct?

Dr. Axe notes that some people can just drink the liquid portion and do fine. I drink it all, as it helps me with diarrhea issues and adds some bulk. I think it depends on what you use it for.
