I agree with Denise. You do all you can but when it is too much for the animal, you stop. Unfortunately some of these cancers don't show themselves until advanced and of course the animals take things in stride. I don't know if blood in the nose is good that tumor is breaking or bad. Can you get seizure med from the vet?

Quality of life and animals attitude are important.
