Hello!
Please check post # 17834 in Horse with Sarcoids. Fourfingerz there had used MMS and CDS on a cow with I think she had mastitis. He thought it help her as he believed she had plateaued in her healing and this seemed to help.
Have a good day! :)

I also have dogs with tumors, so I'm very interested in your methods and results.

You mentioned adding ten drops into 10 oz of water, is this correct?

And, does your dog readily drink this?

Do you add baking soda or anything else to improve the taste?

Do you restrict the water intake to only that which you've dosed with MMS, so that they will be thirsty when you give it?

Thank you for any input,

Richard

HI!
Lady is about 40 pounds so 10 drops was my goal. I am leary of going any higher amount.
I started her out at 1 drop MMS to 1 oz of water every 2 hours. This was put in food. I stopped all dry commercial kibble. Instead, I cooked up a large pot of food that was refrigerated and used up in about 1 week. The MMS and water were mixed with this food. Needless to say she didn't get much food each time or she would be overfed! For every 1 drop of MMS she was given 1 oz of water. She has a bucket of water available at all times. The food mix I gave her was 3 cups rolled oats, 1 cup rice (not white polished), garlic, onion, carrot, spinach, mushrooms. I also add some dried shredded coconut. This was her basic mix. If I had other veggies available they would be added. A tiny bit of cabbage, or green beans, or asparagus or whatever. This all is cooked very, very well. The veggies are soft and mushy, easy to digest. As previously stated, of this mix would be added MMS and water every 2 hours. Go slowly with the MMS. They will heal much quicker if you don't get them sick! At one point she had to much MMS and was vomiting and diarrhea. UGH! If that happens, stop all MMS and let her body regain its balance. Otherwise, she has been active, comfortable and happy! Also, there is a lack of bad breath and body odor!
May the Lord bless you in your efforts!

Oh! I forgot to tell you that for protein she would get ground turkey as there is less drugs and stuff in it, or a better quality canned dog food, or eggs, or whatever we had leftover from our own supper! :)

At 10 drops MMS activated, she is doing well. I just recently added turmeric to her food as I cook it and she really seems to like it that way as well. Today, June 10 her tumor is almost all gone! At this point, I will probably keep her at 10 drops and see what happens. See if tumor goes away totally, if not, will probably increase her drops.

Last edit: by Horsefeathers. Reason: added info plus forgot an ingredient in her recipe!

Just a quick update on Lady. Her tumor is no longer "feelable". I am now giving her MMS unactivated in her homemade food 2 times daily. She seems to be doing well. Is happy and has energy. No longer adding ounces and ounces of water as I am not having to use the citric acid.
Peace to all!

I'm glad for your results!

But, I'm not up to speed on using MMS unactivated.

Could you tell me more?

Thanks,

Rev Richard Backus

There was a big discussion on the forum about taking MMS unactivated and letting the acids in the stomach do the work. Apparently for some folks this worked for others no. It was suggested for dogs, being as the can digest bone, to go ahead and give it unactivated. This would solve the problem of having to give so much water. (1 drop activated MMS to 1 oz of water) As Lady was receiving 10 drop dose every 2-3 hours that was a lot of water! It got to a point where she was not happy with breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, snack, snack, dinner, snack, snack...:)

Now I just feed her 2 times a day and both times she gets 10 drops of unactivated MMS with her food.

OMG! Please remember canines and felines are carnivores, not vegetarians - they require 90-95% protein (meat) for optimal health and longevity. Their GI tract is not adapted to digesting grains (rice, oatmeal and such). Raw meat is best. However if you should change her diet (and I sincerely hope you do) do it slowly.
I agree, garlic (and salmon and chocolate) are harmful for canines.
Equids on the other hand are true grass-eaters. They (much like ruminants) do not do well on concentrated grains - yes in spite of the conventional wisdom on "the track". Horses, sheep, cattle -- grass grass grass -- small continuous amounts available 24/7.
I don't mean to sound preachy, but when I saw what you feed your dear dog I HAD to speak up. Please I beg of you, do your research. You will find my suggestions confirmed and in alignment with the natural optimal diets for these various species.
