I have the 3 gtt tablet with hydrochlorous oxide as activator and this is what hurts my tummy and makes me gaseous. I also have the liquid with citric acid 50% so 1:1 ratio and it too hurt my tummy in a gaseous way not nauseous and I've been constipated since jr high I'm now 40

There are two sizes of MMS Tablets.

Size 1 is the same as a 1 drop dose of liquid MMS1.

Size 2 the the same as a 3 drop dose of liquid MMS1.

I suspect you have the size 2 tablet and that may be too big for you right now. If you have MMS liquid and 50% citric acid, then following the Starting Procedure Protocol , you will start with 1/4 drop of liquid MMS1. Using 4% HCL instead of 50% citric acid will be easier on your stomach. Let us know how that works for you.

If you are constipated, that problem will have to be addressed. Have you ever done a bowel cleanse? Your diet may need to be changed.

How do I get hydrochlorous 5% activator?

I think you could. Certainly taking intestinal formula #1 in the evening would not be a problem because you will have finished the protocols for the day by that time.

Intestinal formula #2 is a five day plan as I remember, throughout the day and you might want to stop P1000/P2000 that week.

Let us know how this detox works for you. I need to do it again, too!

Hi, I am totally new to MMS. Made my first "batch" of MMS and 50% Citric Acid. I followed instruction. 1.16 oz of sodium chlorite in the form of mineral (flakes) add 3 oz of hot water. Mix well and according to the instructions I was supposed to get 4.16 oz of MMS. I did not, it was less then 4oz of liquid. Same with citric acid. In order to get 50% citric acid (activator) I mixed 2oz of 100% citric acid with 2 oz of water. I was supposed to get 4oz of 50% citric acid - again it was less then 4oz. So I did the most stupid thing and added water. Obviously when I mix MMS with Activator (citric acid) I get yellow color, not amber, so I know the concentration is wrong. I am from Europe, so oz still make me confused. How should I understand the units - weight or liquid? Packets contained solid form of sodium chlorite 1.16oz and Citric Acid 2 oz - I understand this refers to weight. But you should add 2oz and 3oz of water - this refers to liquid oz. The end result is in WHAT? HELP. Please, I need to order this again, but I must now what I am doing wrong. Thank you for your help.

OMG, I just lost my previous reply! Or maybe I did not and it's flying somewhere in cyberspace. Anyway thank you so much for replying. For now I decided to buy ready to use MMS and Activator (yes, I bought HCL) from the site you list here. I really want to do it right and throughly follow the protocols, so I am just to afraid to make this mistake again. I will use whatever I made to brush my teeth. When I will be more familiar with the routine of those protocols I will try to mix them myself again - it is much cheaper. Can't wait to start! Thank you again.
