CLO2 Offline Platinum Member Posts: 5393 Thank you received: 4260	Alka Seltzer contains sodium bicarbonate which is known to reduce CLO2 when mixed with MMS1/CDH/CDS. Probably okay to take Alka Seltzer between MMS doses, but better 2 hours away. I don't have any recommendations for which vitamin B12 to buy. You could check Amazon for the best reviews.

Everything weakens mms so im living on vegetables and fish and water or seltzer...... I only eat one meal a day dinner that's it to keep the mms from weakening your a great help I appreciate thank you I'll check amazon

CLO2 Offline Platinum Member Posts: 5393 Thank you received: 4260	You can eat small amounts of food between doses. I eat normally when taking one of the SCSs. Big meal after the last dose of the day.
