Hi all,

I am of a fairly scientific background and MMS and its testimonials have intrigued me. I'm interested in buying but I would like more information.

Can anyone, perhaps an admin or someone very involved in the MMS process, tell me exactly how it works and affects the body?

Does it effect blood pH, glucose, platelet count? White blood cell count? Hormone levels? Blood pressure or neurotransmitter production? Has the specific physiological effect of MMS ever been documented or scientifically explained?

How is it that it kills both skin-surface bacteria (as described by the deoderant testimonial as well as the eczema/acne testimonials), as well as blood-borne viruses like HIV and hepatitis? In medicine, these are normally treated with vastly different drugs that have varying success rates and extremely different chemical makeups, and combining the two is dangerous (you wouldn't inject rubbing alcohol into your veins, but for cleaning bacteria there's nothing better).

I really would just like some very specific, evidence-based information. Thank you for looking.

There is plenty of public information available, as an example, we have the protocols at the bottom of the page - and there's a ton of disinfo out there, - however, to "explain" how it all works is quite long and lengthy, the version of the book I have (PDF) is almost 300 pages. That's not going to work in a post on the forum.

There's a free 50 page download of Jim's book, you could start there, but if you decide to do this wonderful oxidizing technique for your health, you're going to want to understand it thoroughly, and the book is the only way I know to do that.

MMS (Master Mineral Solution) is Sodium Chlorite 28% (22.4% Sodium Chlorite, 5.6% Inert Salts and the remainder water) plus an acidic activator (usually 50% Citric Acid or 4% Hydrochloric Acid) when combined produces Chlorine Dioxide.
