I already posted this video in the protocol section, but I think this may require its own
category.
I found it is better to swallow capsules on empty stomach or long after eating to ensure the capsule goes right down into the stomach.
I lately use 4 drops of MMS and 4 drops activator and 10 drops water, divided into 2 capsules.

:P If this process has been approved by Jim and other MH's then I will consider doing it this way to avoid my bad experiences regarding the after taste.

Can some please endorse this process please as being acceptable.

Thanks for passing on this information.

My concern would be that when the capsule breaks in the stomach will there be enough water there to delute it as it is still in activation mode in the capsule. :)

Hi Monika, just found this group and love the information given. I had a few questions. I saw your video and it really will put me back on the mms protocol. I really really had a hard time with taste and smell. I wanted to know if storing the MMS1 in a glass bottle will affect its potency (all mms seem to come in plastic bottles), and, when your friend is placing drops into her cat's food, are these drops activated? Also glad to hear your are feeling great. You are a great testimony. Thanks for any information given and take care, Jacqueline from Canada.

This protocol should be same as Jim introduce. Jim gave only 20 seconds wait for 50% citric acid activator.

The way on this video does not mix with water to slow down the production of chlorine dioxide, so i would prefer Jim way to be safer way to do it.

The formula would be 3 drop mms + 3 drop 50% activator (wait 20 second) + 6 drop H20 (Water) before put into capsule.

I have tried it and it works.. no more smell and taste... very convenient too.

The best would be place into an eye dropper bottle. Can make it for one day use. It cannot keep longer, so it is best to do fresh one everyday.

I have come to the same conclution during my testing, that it is better to add water into the capsule as well. I wrote it under my video to ensure that everybody knows about it! I also feel it is wise to make sure not to swollow capsules shortly after eating to ensure it dissolves in the tummy, not it the gut!Plenty water is a must!

Her the answer from Adam/Phaelosopher..

Your assessment is correct about not taking MMS in a capsule undiluted. The concentrations are too high to avoid irritation going down the throat.

When we prepared MMS in capsules in Jim's workshop, the solution was prepared in such a way as to include a two-drop dilution of water. As I recall, capsule was filled with either 9 - 12 droppers of solution (which came from a source that held either 72 or 96 drops of activated solution), This corresponded with either 1 or 2 drops of water in the capsule per drop of MMS/Citric Acid. This wasn't done separately, but activated and included before the solution was placed in the capsule dropper bottle.

Best wishes,

Adam...

I took mms/citric acid solution in a capsule with no dilution
It did cause burning in my throat for the first few days
I drank more water and it seemed to help the burning
SO to be clear, I need to dilute the 3/3 ratio with two drops of water
Before placing it in the capsule? Then swallow with plenty of water
On an empty stomach...correct? Ps cam someone please
Make a video on how to properly prepare a 50% citric acid solution?
Thank you so much!!!
