I've been dealing with terrible inflammation in my wrists for nearly 10 years. The past couple of years it's gotten considerably worse and now affects my elbows as well as my shoulders. After being put out of work by my tendon pain for the second time in a year I'm realizing that not only do I need to find a different job that's less irritating of my condition but also I've got to find a way to reverse the damage or at the very least prevent it from getting worse.. before I lose complete use of my arms. I am already unable to type, cook, clean, or drive comfortably. Over the years I have tried many treatments including every anti-inflammation supplement and cream, a little physical therapy, chiropractic care, biogetica's homeopathy, heating and icing and nothing has really worked with exception of ice baths for my arms and yoga.

I assume that protocol 1000 would be recommended as this isn't life threatening. I plan to start that tomorrow. I have also sprayed DMSO on my arms sporadically but always end up stopping because of the odor I exhibit for the days following use. I am open to trying new things as well as giving things I've already tried another chance. Maybe I just haven't been in the right mind set in the past which and that's prevented healing. If anyone has any suggestions or experience finding relief from any kind of joint pain I would love to hear from you!

THANKS everyone for your time and energy.

Try doing a mms1 "footbath" for your elbows <G> - or spray with CDS - both can be followed with a small amount of DMSO, rubbed into the problematic area. (not with rubber or vinyl gloves) -

I have 2 knuckles that give me problems. Not sure what they are - arthritis? Trauma from dropping hardie boards on them when I was painting them? - don't know. I found that spraying mine with CDS and then dropping a few drops of DMSO sure helped. Certainly not enough to make my breath garlicky <G>. 24 hours later and my right pointer finger is no longer even red, and I think the swelling has gone down. I admit, i'm a bit vain about my hands.

Hi cactus,

Guessing by your handle you live in a dry climate too. Joint pains that I've got seem to stay at bay, when I remember to drink way more water than seems necessary. "if you're parched, you've gone way too long" as the ma would say.
Keep us posted how the protocol goes.

Best,
Dish

Well I have arthritis especially in my shoulders... but about everywhere.... 4 years ago I could barely leave my home the pain was so bad and the medications were making me dull and brain dead. I am not off 6 or 7 prescription drugs. My first healthy product that got me back on the path to better health was ww.univera.com stuff saved my life... then I found kangen water... www.kangendemo.com which almost completely replaced my expensive supplements... since I discovered MMS I have very little need for any medications... I still have some joint pain but not enough for meds... if I skip MMS for a week or so the pain starts coming back but even at its worth is not 25% of what I had 4 years ago....

#1 hydration #2 MMS #3 nutrition #4 sleep #5 exercise

PS saw doctor today for annual and am back up to 5'4" tall and no high blood pressure so I must be doing something right....

Dear cactusmamasita - you have been around a while on the forum that I am so surprised you have not gone into MMS1 P1000 with the work you have reported on your dog. How is he doing by the way?

I am so convinced that a large part of Arthritis is caused by viral infection of the tissues in joints in an acidic environment. My hands (knuckles) blew up 4 years ago after being on massive anti-bio's for TB. It got worse the longer I took the treatment. Once the treatment ceased (TB negative) it settled down, but never went away. My knees then started blowing up with swelling, pain and general lumpiness.

After getting onto MMS a year ago now, this all changed. Today I do not have a single area on arthritis anywhere, and I remain on a maintenance dose every few weeks. I have some references via the Health Ranger that clinical reports from Finland identified the viral link, which I subsequently located. So much for the acidic claim by the mainstream Med view!

I highly recommend you get your pH under control with lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and sodium bicarbonate regimes. I do them all from time to time.

The problem is in our processed food supply with preservatives and the SUGAR!

So get into organic veggies and fresh water - lots of it! I even make my dogs a food stock without any bad things in it. My Alsatian lost all her hip problems once I took her off the shop junk!

And mineralise with the best source you can find - I use lots of himalayan salt for this. Simple, simple is the best route imo! We are amazing creation requiring simple and basic nutrition only!

Good luck and keep us posted... good health lies within your reach!

Lol - woofy, was expecting that question!

I make a feed as follows - we call it Top Dog!

Ingredients for first part: -

1 Kg Brown rice
500g Lentils
500g Soup mix
500g split peas
1kg Carrots - grated
10 cloves of Garlic
40 g Himalayan Salt
Assortment of Herbs (two handfuls or about 300g) This is the most important ingredient!

Method:

Cover ingredients with water and steam (pressure cook) for 15 min. and let stand for 20 min.

Place all cooked ingredients in to a big bowl (10L)
add 1 and 1/2 cups of Olive oil and mix well
add 1kg of defrosted mince into the mixture and mix well (the heat from the veggies cook this in the bowl)
add all the herbs chopped fine (food processor) and mix well

When cooled down sufficiently pack 700g for large dog and 350g for small dog. Zip lock bags (Quart size and sandwich size.)

Freeze the packets when cooled down.

The herbs include: Thyme, rosemary, mint, spearmint, parsley, basil-/sacred basil, comfrey, fennel, lemon balm, nasturtium leaves and cilantro.

Hey Presto!

Thanks for all the great suggestions! I really try and pay close attention to my nutrition and have recently been working on re-mineralizing my body as well as establishing a more alkaline pH, I have no doubt these things will make a great difference. Water, water, WATER is probably one of the biggest things I should focus on! I have Concentrace (mineral additive) which we add to our reverse osmosis water but I have no doubt that I'm not drinking nearly enough...

Sky- thanks for asking about Brady dog :) he is doing pretty well I think. We actually had to take him off CDS back in late January because he had developed a terrible dry heave that only occurred when he was getting heavy CDS doses. Sure enough when we stopped CDS all together his cough went away. We tried to replace MMS with DCA which is another somewhat alternative cancer treatment. DCA didn't last long as he developed some neuropathy (an expected side-effect) which made his legs unstable. About a week ago we decided to go back to CDS and he has since been getting about 3 doses every 1.5 hours. His appetite is down which worries me but overall he is enjoying life. It's a struggle everyday as he means the world to me... but right now my focus is on expecting great things each day. As far as his food.... we switched from a holistic brand of kibble to raw meat and homemade food when we got his diagnosis (Oct 2011). That lasted a few months before he started to refuse it and hold out for kibble... who would have thought?!? Now he gets Orijen which is supposed to be one of the best kibbles available. I would love to be able to make is food again in the future, it makes so much sense. Hopefully once I get my arms back in shape I'll be able to give it another go.

I have taken CDS and MMS and spread the word to many people but for some reason I haven't been able to get myself on a regimen with it. Funniest thing how easiest it is to pour all your energy into healing loved ones, but focusing on healing yourself can be such a challenge. I will start protocol 1000 today :) Thanks again for all the kindness and support. I've taken all this advice to heart and will report back on my progress.

Many blessings to you and yours.....

Hey cactusmamasita - I can see the nurturer in you, so maybe just spend some time in the present with thoughts of how great it is to be able to care for yourslef too.

One thing I like what the Dalai Lama said: "Empty, empty, Happy, happy"

The centre of the world is You! To Love is to understand.

I dunno if you know of psycosomatics? Louise Hay in her book of Heal The Body says about Arms - Represent the capacity and ability to hold the experiences of life.

So the mantra for self healing is - "I lovingly hold and embrace my experiences with ease and with joy."

Be gentle with yourself and take care.

Namasté
