Guess you didn't know that Ancient Egyptians slept this way? Yes inclined beds in museums around the World suggest that flat bed rest was not a thing of the past. inclinedbedtherapy.com

Somebody needs to get their ACT together, the inclined bed from EGYPT, clearly shows the foot of the bed raised, but apparently popular belief seems to dictate raising the head of the bed, contrary to the picture ! and likely the truth of the incline.

It clearly cannot be both, somebody is wrong ! [ sorry about that ]

Or am I confused ?

I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!

I think you need to write to the museums and let them know they have put the head rests at the wrong end of their ancient beds

I dunno about you, but that looks mighty uncomfortable for a head rest......and without a reproduction of the exact type of bedclothes that were used to supposedly raise the head, remains in question to me.
