CLO2 Offline Platinum Member Posts: 5393 Thank you received: 4260	CDS and Protocol 115 was effective for Ancient_Rider, but it may not be for you. He also did hot and cold showers on his lower back. You could try his method and/or get Jim Humble's latest book and follow the Health Recovery Plan (HRP) he advocates.
