Is it ok to take baking sofa and water during the hours of taking mms?

Probably not. Baking soda will reduce chlorine dioxide (CLO2) so MMS may not be very effective for you.
2 ml of 3000 ppm original CDS equals a 1 drop MMS1 dose in a normal stomach

The only "food" you should eat/drink while dosing should be low in antioxidants, and in small quantities. Snacks between doses. One hour after the last MMS dose of the day, you can eat anything in any quantity.
