Hey all! I am so in love with MMS!
I've been reading Jim humble's latest book, but I also wanted to hear some anecdotal information around the timing of MMS and supplements.
Currently recovering from mold toxicity and what could potentially be Lyme disease, and I have a very specific round of certain supplements, all very clean and mainly herbals and a couple of minerals. I can't take all of these in the morning, nor can I take them at night because some cause you to stay awake, such as my adaptogenic herbs, b12 and folate.

I've been trying to space these out at least an hour after a dose, but sometimes it comes a little bit closer than that. Does anyone feel like this could really mess up the MMS protocol? Does Anyone have personal experience with this? Thank you so much!

Strong antioxidants can reduce CLO2. Some supplements may have a lot of antioxidants, some don't. Try to take the ones with high amounts of antioxidants 1 hour after your last MMS dose of the day.

I've been trying to space these out at least an hour after a dose, ...

One hour after a dose of MMS1 is time to take another dose of MMS1, so that won't work. I presume you are taking MMS1 for 8 consecutive hours.

If you are not getting the results you expect from taking MMS, then perhaps your supplements might be the reason.

Thank you! Yeah I've been trying to space it out more diligently. I mainly take herbs and whatnot...not many are high in antioxidants I believe. I've been taking them 1 hour before my first dose, and 1 hour after.
Is this ok?

When you take supplements 1 hour after the last MMS dose of the day, you have many hours before you start dosing MMS again. That is not the case when you take something 1 hour before beginning dosing MMS.
