I am on day 4 . I started day one with 12 drops activated to 32 oz water and am now at 18 drops, drinking 4 oz every 1.5-2 hours.
I make it in the morning and just read somewhere that you have to make it fresh each time. Is that true?
Also my throats feels a little burned by the end of the day and my lungs a bit congested. Is this just detox?
I am fairly healthy 57 year old but I do believe I have a parasite condition which is why I am trying this.
Also I have hormone imbalance. Do you know if this helps that as well? Thank you in advance for advice.

Sounds like you are making an all-day bottle of MMS1 trying to follow Protocol 1000?

It is suggested to begin taking MMS1 by following the Starting Procedure before moving on to P1000.

P1000 calls for a maximum of 3 drops hourly for 8 hours/day. If you wait 2 hours to take your next dose, the previous dose would have worn off after one hour, so there would be one hour for pathogens to regroup. It is important to dose at least 8 consecutive hours/day.

Is the MMS activator 50% citric acid or 4% HCL?

If you are experiencing throat irritation, then reduce dosing. I also think you are increasing dosing too fast. Slow down!

You should read Jim Humble's latest book for many, many details that will help you.

For parasite removal, take a look at the Kalcker Parasite Protocol .

That is quite helpful. There is so much information that is all over the place on the web. Glad I found this site. Thank you. So just to confirm( I will get the book) 8 hour window, no foods as stated in other posts one hour before or after or during, is that correct? So I can eat a healthy breakfast, wait and hour, do the 8 , wait and hour, eat a healthy dinner.

Yes, but you can eat small amounts of food between doses - snacks.

The book will have the latest info on using MMS.

4% HCL is the best MMS activator for most people.

I started again with the Starting Procedure and at 12 days I again have throat irritation and a sore spot on the roof of mouth as well as chest congestion, like I have this constant desire to cough but it is dry. Also sometimes I feel like I just open a sparking bottle of something and inhaled the CO2. If I wasn't on the mms I'd say I'm getting bronchitis or something similar. I guess I would just like some reassurance that this is common and ok.
The good news is I hiked a fairly steep mountain and usually I have tightness at the beginning in my chest along with shortness of breath. This is the first time I did not experience the tightness part!
I have the book but other then nausea and diarrhea which I have not experienced I have bot found any other detox symptoms.

Mary Beth, what is your hourly dosage now? I presume you are following Protocol 1000 using MMS1. How much water do you add to each dose? Do you activate for 30 seconds then add water?

If you have throat irritation, try reducing dosage. Throat irritation is not common when taking MMS1, but can be if taking high doses of CDS. Chest congestion sounds like MMS is working on something. I think you may be increasing dosing too fast. Follow the Three Golden Rules!

1drop an hour for 8. I have not increased.
How about the roof of the mouth sore spot? Detox?
My throats is always my weakness. That is where all my sickness starts to show up so it makes sense it detoxes but if you say it is not a sign from mms then I guess I should cut back more? Thanks for your reply
