I am working on a general post about this sort of thing and for my website (link below).

It will discuss Mind Over Matter, Visualization, Positive Thinking, etc.

I came across this video, which is interesting.

There is SOME truth to this.
Maybe or probably not as much as they claim.
But probably much more than most people think or believe.
