Im using 35% food grade and I'm up to about 15 drops in water 3x/day. It really helped me start to recover from all my fungal issues and I think it along with all the antibiotics I had to resort to, kept me from dying a few weeks ago. I was and am taking: Dyflucan, Nystatin, Fluconozole, but I didn't really begin getting out of bed until I started the H2O2. I added the baking soda three days ago and that has helped too, although my gut has been "active" but acceptable .
Use only: "Food Grade" Hydrogen Peroxide. Topical grade H2O2 that 1%-3% that you get over the counter has acetone and other junk in it. Don't use it!
(Ive got a raging fungal infection and its wont stop, my PH is low and its probably going to stay that way for a while. I'm eating great, juicing lemons limes, low fodmap, ACV 3x/day, mild exercise, Epsom/h2o2/baking soda-baths, etc.. I think the DMSO and MMS could turn this around, but Im having a hard time getting the supplies sent here. In another week I'll have it all and we'll see what happens. )
