MMS and MMS1 can be and are often used interchangeably.
Technically MMS is MMS1 (Acid Activated SCS) and/or MMS2 (Calcium Hypochlorite).
You probably meant SCS (Sodium Chlorite Solution).
Since everyone is different, and have different amounts of HCl in their stomachs,
how much SCS is converted in your stomach to ClO2 is somewhat debatable.
(everything you see reported is an estimate, since it is basically impossible to
test in vivo -- they can only test it in vitro and guesstimate)
So pre-activating it with an acid (generally people suggest 4%/5% Hydrochloric Acid
these days, if only for better taste, and digestibility / less stomach upset) insures that
you will get about 10% to 20% ClO2, and whatever SCS is unactivated will activate
some more in your stomach, possibly 50% to 90% +/-. (?)
Some people advocate taking SCS in water throughout the day, although some of
those people suggest it as a maintenance dosing rather than active dosing.
And that can be a better option for some non-human animals.
And then there are people that advocate CDS, Chlorine Dioxide Solution, which is
100% activated (so no mixing), and can be made yourself or bought at 3,000 ppm,
4,000 ppm, I think 5,000 ppm, and probably other Nk ppm, and I use 24,000 ppm
(because it is MMS1 drop-for-drop equivalent), concentrations.
The acid activated MMS1 is what Jim Humble, the "discoverer" of ClO2 benefits,
suggests using in his Protocols in his "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook".
Other people have other ideas and suggestions and protocols, etc...
