Just a reminder. Keeping hydrated isn't talked about much here that I've seen
and it needs to be encouraged.

Taking MMS (probably in all or most of its forms: CD/CDS/ClO2), when made with
(preferably STEAM) Distilled Water, can cause you to be dehydrated, because of
the ultra-pure form the water is in, and it will also flush out vitamins and minerals.

How much?

Maybe a little, or maybe a lot.

So it is important to keep hydrated throughout the day, and it doesn't hurt
to drink some mineral-replacing drinks, too. (preferably without too much sugar
and no poisonous or toxic substances, like Diet Sugars, High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS),
and other chemicals, etc.)

I don't agree with the people who say you should drink 2 or more gallons of water a day,
but the more water you can drink probably the better. (very few people probably drink
close to the daily amount of water they should -- and it's worse if you exercise or
work and sweat a lot)

I don't know if "pH Alkaline Water" is good or better for you or not.
Probably can't hurt, and might help.
(as usual, there are studies for and against and neutral)

Thoughts?
