Mouldy Newbie

Hello!

I'm new here and waiting for my MMS to arrive for the first time. I have CIRS from living in a mouldy house for 7 years. My skin is really bad and I have so many food sensitivities, irregular periods, fatigue etc. I did a urine test 6 months ago and scored high in ochratoxin A. MMS simply has to work because nothing else will.

read the book over and over. Page 159 is the start of lung protocol which is likely the more important for your condition.
Distilled water is best; reverse osmosis water is Ok; filtered water may be OK depending on dissolved minerals/ph

Hi Paul,

I already have the book and have been reading it a lot. I'm going to do the starting procedure first then work my way up to the mold/fungus protocol. I just bought a distiller for this and plan to distill the water after it's been through a Berkley. I would love to know how many CIRS recovered via MMS people there are. I found one testimonial so I'm hopeful.

Would you mine sharing the testimonial? How did it work for you?

I've been taking MMS for over 5 months now. Also started making CDS. It's definitely improved my skin but I'm not 100% healed. This might be because I've been moldy for many years and in theory it would take a long time to heal OR maybe the high EMF is preventing me from healing. I have no idea. I don't intend on taking another mycotox GPL test and I'm now just going by how my skin looks. It's not a linear process either, sometimes my skin looks really bad so I half the dose from 1/2 drop to 1/4 because after a while my ear infection flares up. As soon as I reduce the dose the ear infection goes dormant again. I can't tolerate more than 1/2 drop MMS taken 8 hours every day, following the protocol to a T.

Did you use the mold protocol already? If yes, what clay do you use?

At first I was doing the mould protocol and built it right up slowly to the point where I was doing sparkling water and bentonite clay. I had great results but then that got too much for me and I had to back down. Ever since I have still been taking at least one binder every day before I go to bed. This is either one tea spoon of clay or activated charcoal capsule. I also take chlorella, grass-fed beef liver capsule and fish oil with the main meal of the day after the doses. And recently started taking coQ10 before the main meal as it was recommended on the toxic mold summit. I had no choice but to back down from the mould protocol because my ear infection flared up really bad and it was good that I did because my ear got better again, Now I just take 1/2 drop for 8 hours and when that gets too much I cut back to 1/4 until I recover before upping to 1/2 again.

Have you used the Aztec Secret brand of clay? Or other brands and can you comment on what works?

Looking for several brands on Amazon and eBay I felt suspicious of some of them.

I once bought Aztec Secret clay for external use and then I read that certain batches were being recalled because it was unsafe. It really put me off that brand and I never used it internally. These days I buy from The Clay Cure on amazon UK.
