Hi there I thought I would fill you in on my progress.
It is now day 12 on my low dosing MMS. I started with 5ml, Day 4 I put my dose up to 7.5ml and day 8 I did 10ml. The 7.5ml wasn't too bad but the 10ml gave me servere diarrhoea. I am now back down to 5ml. The only major complaint I have right now is the exhaustion!! When will this end? Or is it different for everyone?

Tiredness is a common side effect when taking MMS1/CDS/CDH and is probably caused by detoxing.

Keep at it and don't overdose and cause diarrhea.
