Theoretically, the protocols mentioned in Jim Humble's "MMS Health Recovery Guidebook"
should be the only thing you need. (as noted in some of the info below)
I would start there first.
Here's what someone wrote in an Amazon review:
I tried two rounds of the entire Dermisil protocol using this cream, the oil and the sulfur soap. Got some relief, but still not rid of the scourge.
I also tried other things that didn't work. After three indescribably horrible terrible and mind-deranging months, I continued to do all the things you're supposed to do to not reinfest yourself AND I used the Miracle Mineral Solution (MMS) bath protocol. After only two baths (!!!)I got relief. After 3 1/2 days I'm human again! My skin is already looking and feeling like human skin and I have practically no itching. Because the scourge is so awful, I intend to continue for a couple weeks doing everything I have been doing so I know for sure I won't repeat this ordeal.)
I encourage anyone with scabies, no matter how bad it is, to immediately get MMS and get your life back NOW.
Edit 8/23/11:
I did continue for a couple weeks, but it wasn't enough. My lower legs broke out in another infestation. I'm now 3 weeks into the MMS, laundry, etc. protocols (keep reading the rest of this review's e-mails for more detailed how-to info) and I intend to continue for a total of 8 weeks--probably overkill, but worth it to finally be done with this.
Also wanted to mention that I bought NeemAura Naturals Neem Skin Salve (purchased on Amazon, based on one reviewer's posting about using it for/after scabies), and the reviewer was right on about how quickly it reduces the itching and aids healing.
Edit 9/21/11:
The saga continues, but I'm just about clear of visible signs of the little buggers. I am 100% sold on MMS and one other person is also getting results from MMS, so read the rest of the posts for how-to info.
Edit 4/21/12:
The saga is now OVERRRR. For the rest of the story, go to post #63 (I think).
Bottom line: I believe MMS, clove oil and the protocols for laundry, spraying and bathing are the essentials.

Hello everyone. My boyfriend and I have taken scabies for about 1 or 2 months or so for scabies. At first, we both went to the doctor, and the doctor gave him neum oil or something like that, and my doctor gave me permithin. The cream didn't help me for the first time I applied it on, so I had a second dose all over my body, it helped more than the 1st time, but not enough. The perscribition that my boyfriend's doctor gave him, which was the neam oil didn't help him that much either. So my intillgent boyfriend did some research, and found out about MMS. He read the positive and negative sides of MMS. Of how MMS could make you feel dizzy, make you vomit, etc. But once my boyfriend and I bathe in it for scabies, it actually helped us a lot more than what the doctor gave us. Yes, it'll show more dots on you once you bathe for 30 mins, but those are only the dots that were hidden inside your body. After my epxerience using the MMS for bath with my scabies, I was much better afterwards. After my bath, my dots disappered after 2 to 3 hours at the latest. Although my boyfriend had more dots than I did, so he had to put more treatment on himself with the scabies than I did. So offically now, after 3, 4, or 5 months for having scabies, we are both now offically cured from scabies, thanks to the MMS.
If you do a quoted Google search using "mms" "scabies" you might find more.
