What are your glutathione levels like? Even though CDS is a weak oxidizer, I still make sure to supplement with a little NAC at night to make sure the body has enough. It uses this to deal with detoxification and much more too. You need to make sure that you are giving your body all of the other elements that it needs. For example, what are your magnesium, organic sulfur and iodine levels like?

When chlorine dioxide kills pathogens and gets rid of poisons, your body will have a much easier time if it has enough magnesium and other minerals to help deal with the detoxification.

Hi thanks for helping, I have a low thyroid, that is what i am trying to heal. I stopped taking most of my vitamins from my naturopath while taking cds as they all have antioxydant including the magnesium.
should i still take my magnesium everynight even tho im on cds? I do have organic sulphur at home, do you suggest i take supplement of that? If so when during the day?  My iodine is low yes. But since i have the Hashimoto, it is dangerous to play with iodine supplement, so my naturopath had suggested to eat seeweed daily. I should do that still. I have stoped everything when i take cds. Except taking my thyroid hormone supplement that comes from animal (since they are the only supplement that have no anti oxydant) i did not order more since i take cds.

I don't understand why people stop taking 'everything' else because they are taking CDS or chlorine dioxide. Your body still needs all of those minerals and nutrients. Your thyroid needs magnesium to make thyroid hormone correctly. Magnesium deficiency has also been linked to Hashimotos disease too. Your body needs a healthy level of antioxidants to balance out any oxidation. You just need to make sure there is a gap between taking them, although this advice varies.

Did your naturopath tell you to stop taking those vitamins? I would be very surprised if he did...you should talk to him about it to clarify.

One of the reasons why CDS works so well is because our body has good oxidation protection, whereas other harmful things do not. Although it's a weak oxidizer, I still think we need to ensure our antioxidants are at a good level since they have multiple uses in the body!

Magnesium is used for over 300+ enzymatic functions in the body, and our foods are already depleted!

Andreas Kalcker says that antioxydant counter the effect of cds. That is why I simply checked all my vitamins and they all had antioxydant. It is hard to take them at different time of the day with the protocol i use. My naturopath does not know about cds. I tried to send her some info and she never replied. Thanks for the info, i will take magnesium et organic sulphur everynight.
